We want you to love your Caselio dress.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unused
- Tags must still be attached
- Dresses may only be tried on indoors
- Items with stains, perfume, smoke odor, or damage cannot be returned
Wrong Size
If you ordered the wrong size, we accept returns and split the return shipping cost 50/50.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Phone Case Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Caselio case.
Because our phone cases are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for normal wear and tear or change of mind.
Wrong Phone Model
If the wrong phone model was ordered, we accept returns and split the return shipping cost 50/50.
